In a Refunnd Case

All Return Product Shipment Cost Needs to Be Borne by the Customer.

A Refund Can Take Up to 90 Working Days From the Time of the Refund Approval. A Customer Will Be Informed About the Refund via Email.

Once an Order is Placed, a Buyer Can Choose to Cancel the Purchase, However, the Customer Will Have to Bear 25% + GST Cut as a Shipment Fee.

Returns

Star Himalayan Values Its Customers and Takes Utmost Due Care. The Product Can Be Returned or Replaced by the Customer, However, the Same is Subject to the Following:

The Product Received Was Damaged.

Different Product Dispatched.

In Case of a Return or Replacement the Customer is Bound to Immediately Notify the Team of Star Himalayan I.e. Within One(1) Days of the Receipt of the Product.

The Product Which is to Be Returned or Replaced by the Customer Has to Be Returned Back to the Star Himalayan With the Original Bill and Packaging Along With the Complete and Entire Contents of the Shipment.

Used Products Will Neither Be Returned Nor Be Replaced.

Before Making Returns or Replacements the Team of Star Himalayan Will Conduct a Verification Process and the Customer is Obliged to Participate in the Same.

The Final Decision to Return or Replace the Product Rests With the Star Himalayan and the Same Will Be Binding Upon the Customer Also.

Cancellation

You Can Choose to Cancel a Placed Order at Any Time. If Unfortunately, You Have to Cancel an Order, Please Do So Within 24 Hours of Placing the Order
